*關於 800米，5000米 及 3000米競走 特別安排：
如有運動員不適宜穿著合符 World Athletics 規格之比賽鞋，大會仍會容許該運動員作賽並進行計時記錄及成績展示，但不會作名次排序，亦不會計入團體績分內。
Special arrangement on 800m, 5000m and 3000mW:
If athletes are not suitable to wear footwear comply to World Athletics standard, they can still enter into the track, we'll take the time and display in the result sheet but ranking will be unclassified and no mark will be counted into their club/organization.
以上規定並不適合75歲或以上參賽人士，無論上述參賽者比賽用鞋是否合符有關規定，其成績將不會受到影響。
Footwear compliance checking will be exempted for age group 75 or above. Their results will still be ranked and marks will be counted into their club/organization.
第六屆香港先進田徑錦標賽 – (第三次 )延期通知詳情 (20/8/2021更新 )
感謝你一直以來的關注及支持。
因場地的可用日子有限，(第三次) 的延期資料有所更改，已確實的詳情如下：
延期後的比賽日期: 2021年9月11及12日 (星期六及日)
延期後的截止報名日期: 2021年8月25日
地點: 將軍澳運動場

有關延期活動的安排：
1. 參加者的參賽組別將根據延期後的錦標賽日期 [11/9/2021] 而自動調整。
2. 根據參加者的出生日期於11/9/2021的參賽組別，所有參加者的已報名項目將以相同項目報名延期後的錦標賽。所有已報名的參加者可添加比賽項目 (需支付項目費用)，更改比賽項目 (不另收費) 或 轉讓報名費及項目費用予同會之會友 (不另收費)。
3. 各屬會可添加接力隊伍 (需支付項目費用) 或 更改參賽的接力項目或參賽組別 (不另收費)。
4. 所有未報名之香港田徑總會屬會可於25/8/2021或之前報名參加延期後的錦標賽。
5. 任何情況下亦不設退款，包括退出，取消或其他原因。
6. 煩請領隊於現有報名表上作更改，於25/8/2021或之前電郵至 tfevent@pacers.org.hk。
7. 號碼布將會在3/9/2021前寄出。

為方便各參加屬會更新有關賽事資料，現提供附件 “第六屆香港先進田徑錦標賽HKMAC - 報名表application form_version4 (for amendment)” 予各屬代表修改以下事宜：
- 可增加 / 刪減 / 更改個人項目 (包括新報名)
- 可增加 / 減少 接力隊伍
- 煩請屬會代表填寫因新增報名/新增項目需多付的費用
*煩請領隊於現有報名表上作更改，於25/8/2021或之前電郵至 tfevent@pacers.org.hk

The 6th Hong Kong Masters Athletics Championships – (Third) Postponement Notice Details (19/8/2021 update)
Thank you for your attention and support so far.
Due to the limitation of venue availability, the (third) postponement details have been amended and confirmed as follow.
Postponed event date: 11 - 12 September (Sat & Sun) of 2021
Postponed application deadline: 25 August of 2021
Location (remain the same): Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground

Reschedule Arrangements:
1. Age groups will be determined according to the age of the athlete on [11 September] 2021.
2. Registered athletes of the Championships will be entered for the same events in the postponed Championships according to their ages on [11 September] 2021. They may also add events (on payment of the entry fee), change events (at no charge) or transfer their registration and event entry fee to another member of their club (at no charge).
3. Member clubs may submit additional relay entries on payment of the entry fee, or change events or age groups (at no charge).
4. Athletes of member clubs who have not registered for the Championships may register for the postponed Championships on payment of the registration and entry fee on or before 25 August of 2021.
5. No refund will be given for any withdrawal, cancellation or any other reason.
6. Persons-in-charge are kindly requested to consolidate all changes on the current application form and email the consolidated form to TFEvent@pacers.org.hk on or before 25 August of 2021.
7. Race bibs will be mailed by 3 September of 2021.
